Our venue is a dedicated Reformer, Pilates, Yoga and Fitness Studio. There is a reception/lounge area with changing, toilet and shower facilities off to one side. Through the Reception area is the Studio. Please note that outdoor footwear is not permitted in the Studio (workout) area.

If using Sat Nav then use the postcode M27 0EL. (This will bring you immediately infront of the building whereas the official postcode is 200 yards further up the road.)

We are in the same building occupied by The Sides Medical Centre. It is set back from Moorside Road. There is a large sign "Pharmacy" on the gable end of the building.

When you turn off Moorside Road onto the site immediately in front of you is a car park. Park here and our entrance is the door at the rear of this car park. You may also park anywhere else on the site but please note that if you go to the other side of the building (Medical Centre entrance) the gates are locked at 6:30pm at night.

We are located on the first floor of the building. There is a large sign immediately beside our external entrance. During opening hours the door will not be locked. Come straight in and up the stairs (there is no lift) and follow the signage.
