This class is designed for those with a solid foundation in the basic Pilates principles who are ready for a more dynamic, intense and complex workout. The attention shifts from learning foundational movements to focusing on body awareness, precision and control. The exercises will be more challenging, building on basic moves with more layers and variation challenging your strength, balance and coordination.
• NOT SUITABLE FOR COMPLETE BEGINNERS. all beginners MUST start with a Level 1 class
• Prenatal clients must have prior agreement from the instructor to book onto these classes
• Post-natal we do not recommend returning to mixed ability or Level 2 classes until a minimum of 3 months post-partum, please note we do offer specific postnatal Mummy and Me classes.
